It's safe to say that we all have different tastes here. As someone who grew up around death, it doesn't bother me in the slightest. As a suggestion to go along with subspaces' list, check out forensic science and become a blood splatter analyst like Dexter.
And for Master Jay, if you think the red mist from a head shot is disgusting (i don't) perhaps you should reference what happens when someone steps on a betty.
