Do be careful with your cop scenario. I don't know exactly what the laws are in England, but cops have a lot of ways to screw with people if they choose to. So if you get the wrong cop, you might find yourself with a serious court date. Remember, BDSM is Safe, Sane, and Consensual, and one could argue that your dare is skirting along the sane and consensual elements.

Also, I've I'd said in the Newcomer's faq, when you do something like that, you're really pushing the boundaries of consensual play. The cop probably doesn't want to be involved in your game with your partner. My opinion is that you shouldn't involve others who haven't indicated that they want to be involved. But I totally understand why it's hot.
