Don't forget "The Story of O". Not the newer version. The older, more classic. I was graced to be given a copy of this from my first Master. Not something you can pick up just anywhere, unfortunately.

Though thinking about movies with an S&M type theme made me think of the movie "Hard Candy", where a teenage girl lures older men to her over the internet drugs them then proceeds to torture them till they agree they are the killers of her best friend even though they have no real connection to her or her friend in anyway.

*shudders*

I really hated this movie. It was too disturbing for me, and I just couldn't get into it/enjoy it. I think partly because I'm so sensitive to the issue of sexual abuse. It was wierd.
But try it for yourself if you want! I'm the last person to dissuade someone from trying a movie others love.

I felt uncomfortable watching the rape scenes in 'Baise-Moi' for exactly the same reason

Oh, I just remembered that I have 'Venus In Furs' on video somewhere, I read the book last year and loved it.

Does anyone know if any of DeSade's works have been made into a film?
