Hey y'all, I figured out of anyone I know you could help me out. I have an fwb that has a jacob's ladder piercing.
Two issues:

One: He has never been given head, ever.

Two: I've never given head to a penis that is pierced.

Halp. Please. I'd rather not accidentally cause him pain. Tips (haha) would be welcome.

Hey, Tumble! Nice to see you back!

I've never sucked a pierced cock, so I have no first-hand experience. My brother's cock is pierced (PA) and I believe he mostly takes his piercing out when he does anything really hardcore like fucking. I guess my advice would be to start gently and get your fwb to give you feedback as you go.
