Don't "use" anything. It works a lot, for us anyway, because of the intimacy of being bitten till we bleed. the cannines and incisors (CANNOT spell that) obviously are the ones that do the actual piercing if you like. This works best on hips, thighs, collar bone, neck: anywhere fleshy or close to blood vessels.
