I'm looking for hints on ass stretching for my own use. I've been playing for several years and can consistently manage 2" stretches but any bigger is always beyond me. Can anyone who does this regularly give me any hints and tips?
I tried training every day but that just made be sore so I dropped to twice a week. That seems OK but I wonder whether I should be trying longer sessions instead.
Any suggestions gratefully accepted.
