Aww, that's easy

1. Go to an image hosting site (I use Imageshack, www.imageshack.us)
2. Select 'browse' to get the pic up, then open it up
3. Change the size of the pic if necessary
4. Upload the pic, and wait for it to go through
5. Copy the given link, and paste it into place here

That's a nice pic, but the collar would have stood out more if you were wearing a low cut top. That's not a criticism, by the way, but a suggestion
