If you mean just to add a video, there should be a button for attachments at the top of the post, or you can put a link.
If you mean how do you post in the videos section:
First, please read the rules and check the 'Rules, Announcements, Questions, and so on' section before asking questions like this, it has been beaten over many times.
-You must have ten posts that are not spam (whether it's advertising spam or things like 'hi!' or 'thanks' on every thread you see)
-You must have been a member for a month
