Why do I have such dreams?

Okay I'm a muslim girl and at a few times I would have dreams of guys who I never met in my life following stalking me to places...sometimes I would see dreams of my old home that I use to live at and I see these bad guys following and stalking me and they would go and hide inside the building and wait for me to go inside it so they can possibly rape me....but I knew that they are up to this and I wouldn't go inside the building while they were there...and I felt so scared to death...I always have dreams of some guy and guys that follow me and stalk me...I don't know why..and when I wake up from having these dreams, I feel so scared....like a few days ago, I had a dream that one of my distant uncle was trying to sexually abuse me...and I felt kind of scared after this dream too...why do I keep having dreams like this?? I get soooooo scared when I have these dreams that I find it hard and feel scared to go anywhere alone.
