Sweden, where I live, is almost entirely socialistic, and few question the system that harshly. Not even the current government, although they have ruined a lot the past 4+ years. It was better during the time of Olof Palme... unfortunately he was murdered. If it'd just not be the current government, though.... -_-;;

let me rephrase that. To me, socialism is a little idealistic. Mostly I'm angry at the welfare state people who look to gov to take care of them despite the fact that Gov can't do anything right. I've discussed with some folks that socialism may be more...realistic in smaller countries but in the US it just drags us further into debt and economic depression.
But I'm not really trying to start a political argument or specifically imply that you are forever a child if you live in a socialist country- I'm thinking of a many key people that happen to be in my life or that I know of through others.
