what is the Supreme Court's power over the judicial review?

The Surpreme Court has the power to review laws passed by congress and the president to make sure they are constitutional. Meaning they dont go against any of the basic fundimentals the country was founded on (freedom of speech, freedom of religion, all rights in general) if the surpreme court finds a law unconstitutional its thrown out. If they find it is constitutional then its upheld and kept.
