Imageshack is fee and a great place that does not care about the kinkiness of your conrtent so long as your file is private. I've put up some good bondage photos and not a peep.
photobucket is easy and free also, but not quite as open minded in terms of content. I've heard of simple nudes being taken down there. Note the "I heard" qualifier. I have never personally witnessed this.
Google either that interests you, both have different addresses depending on where in the world you are.

I can vouch for the fact that every single picture I've seen lately from shutterfly is unusually hot!
