I have the same issue if I go past 5 minutes puppy. If I have gone 5 minutes and not cum yet then I usually just give up. 90% of the time however I have to concentrate to last more than a minute.

The only time its good to use that word is if you're trying really, really hard not to masturbate for one reason or another because it's such a turn off! lol.
