I think I know how but tell me if this is right.

There is an equation, I have found the energy absorbed released by using Q=mc delta t in a coffee cup calorimeter.

I have also found the moles of my reactant ( I reacted Hcl with MgO) using
mass molar mass = moles. so I have found the moles of MgO.

To find the Delta Hr (heat of reaction) since it is in kJ mol

do I just convert my J (from my energy) to kJ then divide it by the moles of the MgO
