Dr. Albert Fish, Jr.

I'm so proud of my son! He recently graduated from Medical School in Guatemala and was six in his class of seven! Better than his old man. He's decided to do his residency in the US at the Public Health Department and under the watchful eye of Nurse Sabrina he is honing his skills as a physician.

Its a slow afternoon so Sabrina graciously offers to let him practice on her. He takes her history and physical and then her vital signs. Yes, he knows that the most accurate way is rectally.

Albert gives her two enema in preparation for her proctoscope exam and he did a very nice job of that also. Before her proctoscope exam, nurse Sabrina walks him through a pelvic exam. He did OK on it but has a few things to learn about opening the speculum all the way.

Now its up on her knees and down on her elbows for the proctoscope exam and he gets a good look inside Sabrina's bottom.

Well it seems that Albert and Sabrina were mutually attracted to each other and performed a bit of gymnastics in the exam room. I can't say I'm pleased by this lack of professionalism, but did you see how big he is? Takes after his old man!

Foreign Country, Foreign Customs 1995

Its hard to believe that its been ten years since Foreign Country..., Foreign Customs appeared on alt.enemas! This was the very first product we had and was made for no other reason than the available stuff on the market was so poor. It was never meant to lead to anything but I was certainly surprised at the great reception it got! Shooting that video with an old Panasonic VHS camcorder! Well, we've resurrected that old tape and put it on DVD and taken that old script and made a new version of it.

It was a long time ago when Lisa Warren had to make that business trip and was stopped by the police because she matched the description of a woman on the train who was suspected of smuggling drugs. Unfortunately, when her luggage was searched, the inspector found a magazine that was considered pornographic. With a violation of the law, an arrest was made and Lisa was forced to undergo a strip search. Not just a regular strip search which would have been bad enough, but one requiring a vaginal examination and an enema. In 1995 Lisa got her rectal temp taken. In 2005 she was given a shot in her bottom! While no drugs were found, Lisa found herself appearing before the magistrate who sentenced her to six strokes of the leather strap to be administered to her bare bottom.

Zoey's Pre-deployment Physical Exam

Zoey is due to be redeployed to the Middle East and she has to visit the Public Health Department before going back. She has had military physicals before, but never one that included a detailed rectal exam. She has a good attitude about it, even when she learns that she will have to have two cleansing enemas beforehand.

The nurse takes her history and physical and then looks into her eyes and ears. Zoey gets her vital signs taken and lowers her pants for a rectal temperature.

After undressing and putting on the backless hospital gown, Zoey is given her first ever enema. She takes 3/4 of the bag well. It went in much easier than it comes out and she sits on the toilet for a long time.

The nurse demonstrates how the inflatable nozzle will work and Zoey gets back into position for her second enema.

Zoey is given a thorough pelvic exam including a bi-manual exam and a speculum exam. After that she gets up on her knees and down on her elbows for a proctoscope exam. All is well with Zoey and she handles her first visit to the Public Health Department very well.
