In this movie, a large group of young Japanese women restrain a Japanese male. They place a plastic container around his head. For nearly two hours, the women each take turns pissing on his head, while, at the same time, filling the plastic container with piss.
At the end of the movie, the piss bag is full, and the male appears to drown in the piss. The camera hold the shot for an extended period, while small air bubble float out of the male's mouth. The women all laugh and clap, at their accomplishment.
Because of the country of production, the genitals are pixelated.
