Not sure of the etiquette of all of this but wanting to share and ask for advice .... am a very happy submissive but would like to bring things outside of home and visibly be dominated in public ..... not sure how my dom is going to react ... he's happy with most things but not as enthusiastic as I or just hasn't had the chance to stretch himself .... he's very keen on bondage and clamping and stuff and stuff but always within the confines of home .... am I making any sense?

Yes, but remember that if you are in public, you need to have the consent of everyone around you. Getting involved in your play can be traumatic or disgusting for people, and even if that's a turn on for you, it's also a sex crime. I'm not sure if that's the sort of thing you meant, but I can't be in good conscience if I don't say it.

Going to a kink party/club with an open dungeon would be a good idea, and might make him more receptive (from seeing other doms using their subs publicly).
