    Hi!

I know some of you guys would be confused why I haven't taken any action as I proposed a month ago . Basically, I have changed the third book of my novel variedly. The whole concept of the novel has been changed. Now, it's no more a simple story about a dominatrix. It's basically 'Everything about BDSM'. The main character of the novel is playing her role to help you understand these things. Along with her, there are many other characters to explain the BDSM scenarios. As I mentioned earlier, the book has been written for EVERYONE. Even those who are not into BDSM. It can help everyone to understand the true depth of our community. (I'm sure that most of you don't know it either.) Each book has it's own purpose:
    1. Introduction to BDSM. (Book Name: Once A Dominatrix...)
    2. General and Specialized BDSM activities. (Book Name: Lives of Perverts)
    3. BDSM Lifestyles. (Book Name: Is this true?)

Now, let me remind you that this book is NOT ABOUT FEMDOM ONLY. This is about the whole BDSM Community. There are Femdom, Maledom, Femsub, and Malesub characters. Each playing different roles in the novel, and also working in the scenario examples. Now, I'm thinking about changing the most basic thing of the novel. I want to change its TITLE. The name 'Dominatrix' confuses the concept, as it's related with Femdom category of our community. I want the novel to sound more for its purpose. I want your recommndations.

Now you would be asking how can you name a novel without knowing anything about it. Let me post the 'Preface' of my novel here. It might help you to understand a few things about the novel.

    ...............
    PREFACE
    (Please Read – Very important)
    Hi!
Behind writing this novel, there are two ideas. The first one is to write a novel that is based on the characters involved in BDSM Activities. The Second is to explain BDSM and Fetish in details. It not only explains the culture and environment, but it also discusses, in detail, plenty of scenarios, by using many different characters. You will find the definitions of plenty of BDSM terminologies, tools, activities, scenarios, lifestyles, characters, participants, mentalities, and psychological reasons of many activities. It is intended for all those who are into BDSM, and all those who are not but are interested to learn about it. However, if you consider yourself not being into BDSM, this novel will pinch you many times to revise your decision. Personally, I will recommend you NOT TO READ THIS NOVEL, if you don’t want to take the RISK of becoming one of the BDSM people. Might not be all, but majority of people who read this novel, they will review many things in their lives. Personally, I’ve written it for EVERYONE, except those who are UNDERAGE.

An author is in real trouble when he has to satisfy a big audience, and a lot of them actually try to do so. However, there can be nothing that can satisfy everyone, as all the people have different requirements. On contrast, some people shorten their audience and write for a specific group of people. I’ve done none of these. By explaining so many scenarios and activities, my purpose is to explain BDSM with examples. For the people who have those fantasies, they can enjoy these. For those who are reading it for information, I’m damn sure they will be provided all the information they need. Although this book can be utilized for training BDSM Professionals, or human psychology (in some cases), there can be some people who would deny/oppose my ideas, theories and explanations.
Before you start reading the novel, I would like to inform you that, this novel contains and targets all the following aspects by using graphical and explanatory details, and by using short stories having respective scenarios:

    • Femdoms (Dominatrices) with Males and Females Submissives (Malesubs & Femsubs)
    • Maledoms (Dominant Males) with Female Submissives
    • Switches Males and Females (Dominants & Submissive at the same time)
    • Psychological explanations and reasons of many BDSM Fantasies and Fetishes
    • Effects of BDSM on Non-BDSM people, and their interaction with each other
    • Effects of BDSM on the lives of Professionals and Activists, and their relatives
    • Bondage (Physical Restrain)
    • Discipline (Psychological Restrain, accompanied with Punishments)
    • Nudity
    • Vanilla-style Sexual Activities
    • Sadomasochism (Caning, Whipping, Spanking, etc.)
    • Domination & Submission Role Plays, Real-life Scenarios, and Lifestyles
    • Professionals working in BDSM Communities (Dominatrices, Maledoms, Femsubs & Malesubs)
    • Types of Professional Dominatrices
    • Negative & Positive effects of the BDSM
    • Definitions & Clarifications of terminologies, mis-concepts, and keywords of BDSM
    • Comparison of Lifestyle Dominatrix & Professional Dominatrix
    • Leather & Latex Fetishism
    • Transvestitism & Clothing Fetish
    • BDSM Switch Activities & Scenarios
    • Financial Domination – Different Types
    • Feet & Boots Fetishism
    • Oral-Sex activities – Vanilla and Fetishism both
    • Cuckoldry Fetishism
    • Power Exchange & Total Power Exchange
    • Rape Fantasies
    • Pegging (Reverse – Female on Male penetration sex)
    • An Ideal BDSM club with state of the art structure
    • Comparison of BDSM Participants with the rest of the world
    • References to all the High-end activities, which can cause nausea to some, but are participated by few BDSM people
    • References to plenty of other scenarios (important but not in harmony of the storyline, so skipped)
    • Precautionary Measures of the BDSM activities
    • Ways to Improve the BDSM Professionals and Professionalism
    • Abuse – Definition & Detailed Explanation from BDSM Perspective

Now, this is NOT an ENCYCLOPEDIA but a NOVEL. So, it should have a story. A Story of ‘Someone’… a highly trained professional ‘Dominatrix’. In three phases of her life, she will lead you to your BDSM Mastery. However, this novel is indeed a novel, and you will get a main storyline, plenty of short stories, plenty of secondary and supporting characters, several twists and a climax of each phase, the main climax at the end, and so on.

You should clearly understand that this novel is not going to give you ‘Erotic Stimulations’ throughout the novel, no matter what kinds of fantasies you have. You should read it mainly for its story and/or the information and explanations it contains. It’s written in the style of a normal fiction novel (and not the regular B-grade-style pornographic novels), and the scenarios involved have some or many reasons, besides being erotic in nature. Now, there is one more thing you need to know. English is my Second Language. Although I’ve worked hard to bring a standard composition (if not a good one), I know I would have failed in some places. Please bear it, and let me know my mistakes. I will try to improve myself if you send me your recommendations, and will try my best to bring better composition in my later work.
    .............

This Novel has 3 books in it, 1 list of BDSM Laws (that I've created myself ), and 1 Poem (With BDSM perspective indeed.) Now, I need your help in finishing up my project. I believe you might have seen the previously created cover page. But as I'm going to change the Title, I think the cover page should be update as well. So, I need your help in following things.

    1. Novel Title.
    2. Proof Reading and Editing the Novel by people who have English Composition skills.
    3. Cover Page (Based on the title).
    4. Suggestions for launching my Novel. (I don't have money for doing any marketing, so suggest anything that doesn't involve money.)
    5. Any help that you can do in the time my novel being published. Even your posts on the other forums can greatly help.

    My Email Address is: zakfar2000@yahoo.com.
    Thanks a lot,
    Zakfar.

    Hi zak -

I've got to ask...... If this is true, then what's the point?

There are three kinds of BDSM books that I read:
    1. Education and philosophy regarding BDSM
    2. Erotic stories or novels
    3. Books that contain both

Most of the fictional novels I have read gave me a really good perspective of the BDSM world, community, safety, elements, and other stuff, but I don't think I would have read them if they didn't have something to titillate my brain.
I'd hate to see you put all of this work into it and have if flop.

A good example would be Laura Reece's two (fictional novels called Topping from Below, and Panic Snap.

Her first one was in the both category and explained quite a bit about lots of things, but the second didn't contain anywhere near as much erotica and she just spent most of her time rambling about the scene (or so I remember).
So I always recommend the first and never mention the second.

A good BDSM novel for me will have a good fast moving plot, interesting characters, some good erotic twists, and inform me about the world the author is trying to portray. Lack of any of these is a no go (like a couple of Norman's Gor novels).

You certainly have a right to write this however you want, but if you're asking for help here I'll read what you have until I get bored.

On another note, Amazon will carry novels on their site and will publish for a relatively small fee. They will review your (finished) novel and tell you where they think it will go. If they think it's good enough they will waive publishing fees. If not they will do the publishing and let you sell it yourself.

Well, please make an addition to your list of BDSM books types.

This novel is written in the style of regular fiction novel. Although there is nudity and sexual activity in it, it is kept to minimum. However, those 'Non-Erotic' scenarios (in terms of Vanilla) will give 'Erotic Stimulations' to many people. Now the thing important here is that, this book is a novel, but it is written to educate. It means, even though this is a story, the scenes and activities are lined up, and you are given the details about those activities. From the first to last, all the activities will target different 'Paraphilia', including the long list I've posted in the first post.

I believe the novel story should be good enough for someone to pick it up. However, it can also be used to learn the 'BDSM Philosophy'. I'm not sure how educated you are about BDSM, but I'm sure about one thing. You will learn at least one thing new about BDSM. I'm sure that if you are highly educated about this, you will start seeing the world from 'BDSM Perspective'. So far, the only problem with me is that, I lack 'Standard' English Composition skills. I've been working hard since a few years to develop them better. I hope it has worked.

    By the way,
I'm thinking about changing the novel title, as it seems way too 'Femdomish'. Although, the story is about a highly-trained 'Professional Dominatrix', this novel contains all the other aspects of BDSM. I need a name to bring the whole BDSM concept into a single title. I'm considering a few names. Let me know your recommendations.

    . Power of Submission
    . On your knees

I can't see of anything good right now. Please tell me if you have any suggestions for the name, as I'll need to edit it for being in harmony with the title.

    Thanks.

So, are you asking for feedback on your proposed ideas or are you advertising your novel?

Sorry if I have over-talked. When I read this myself... I feel the same thing you might be feeling. But I didn't mean to 'Advertise' it. I mean... the advertisement part is waiting till I finish the book and it's ready to publish. Currently, my focus is on finishing it up. And I'm facing trouble in that because of many things. First, and the most important is that, I don't have 'Standard' English-Language composition skills for being a 'Standard' writer. Technically, I've done what the best I could do. Now it's up to you guys whether you wanna help me in finishing up the project. But it is not completely wrong if you say that I'm advertising... not my book... but myself. I wanna convince some of you guys that I'm worth enough to be HELPED.

    :)

I know most of the people in the BDSM are thinking about making money or having some fun, and there are very few who take this differently. Personally, I wanna make something different, though not impossible, it's way too difficult to achieve. Anyways, let's see where can I get in my life. My last few years have been spent on working hard to build my 'English Composition Skills' so that I can deliver my message to you guys in the best way possible.

Thanks a lot for reading this. If you still think that I'm marketing my book, or something like that, I once again apologize to you.

    Zakfar.

    Zak - Here's the problem

    1.
You say things like the above quote, referencing us as "most of the people" and not "most of us".

    2.
You started your post with the assumption that we were wondering about your announcement a month ago...... before you even joined this forum.

    2. You end your post with a HUGE billboard announcement about this book.

    3. You want to include every aspect of our world, as if you are an expert and sage on every one... We know better.

    4. You have no reference to anything you have written that would make us feel that you have anything to write about.

    5.
What is this? Have you started your own club?

    Suggestions;

Why don't you post a segment, start a blog, or give us a link to what you've done so far?
Or better yet...... Why don't you share some of your BDSM philosophy with us?

If English is a second language to you, then write it in your own language and translate later, after getting editorial comments from those that can read your ideas in a common tounge, or just use a translator to do the bulk of it and work on the difficult parts by hand.

If you don't have anything to show, save the billboard till you do.

Don't ask for help on vapor. It's pointless.

Don't expect to have credibility because you say you are an expert. Share your thoughts with others. We could always use additional insight, yet you have contributed nothing.

I've seen your posts on other boards and, up to this point, if you are interested in sharing your philosophy and insight, I have seen no evidence of it..... especially here. You like Femdom, what else have you experienced, and for how long?

If you're serious, then share your thoughts and your work, be specific...... and stop with the huge announcements and billboards until you have some credibility.

    Ok.... I'm done.

Well sorry again. But honestly (the decision is your whether you wanna trust me or not) but I was looking for the 'Assistance' and am I still looking for. More important than anything is if I can find someone to PROOF-READ/EDIT THIS NOVEL. I CANNOT publish the book AT ALL without this process. ENGLISH IS NOT MY FIRST LANGUAGE. But it does not mean that I CANNOT WRITE ABOUT BDSM. I've dedicated my life on this cause... and I know many of you guys would be thinking 'What Cause?'... Forget about this... The point here is that, I need SOMEONE with Good English Language Composition Skills. I'm trying to do that by posting on all the BDSM Boards. I really need that. I don't consider it SPAMMING, because it is related to all of us. We are a community... and the boards of BDSM are the only places we gather. There is no other way for me to find you guys.

By saying all those things... once again... I don't deny that I wasn't marketing. But this marketing is not related with the NOVEL DOMINATRIX. By writing those... I was Marketing Myself and My skills to Convince someone within this community... that I'm worth enough to be HELPED. I'm working on this project since 2 years. Although not part of this board for a long time, I have been part of many others, by the same name. You can easily find me at most of the BDSM boards. Since more than a year, I'm trying to build a team to publish my project. And I've still failed to do so. Now, the novel is almost completed, and I desperately need someone to finish it. There are many other projects in my folder, and if I don't want to stuck with this one.

The first post was a 'Copy/Paste' I posted on all the other boards I'm member of. Some of those, I'm member since MANY YEARS, and on some of those, I've become a RECENT MEMBER. I don't normally notice my JOINING THE BOARD DATE.

Sorry if this thing has created some trouble here. I don't want to create HATRED among ourselves. I'm BDSM... and you are BDSM. And I want to keep us BDSM... The community where we share our DEEPEST DESIRES and SECRETS... many of those we have been hiding from the ENTIRE WORLD.

Thanks a lot for reading this.

    To L8NightQ:

Don't worry... You'll better learn about it. I'm not going to write a 'Encyclopedia' or something... that is already available to the places like 'Wikipedia'. The debate is not whether I'm good or not. The debate is that... whether there is SOMEONE to test me out? Someone professional enough who give it a serious thought?

Forget about others L8NightQ. Would you spend 2 weeks for me to test my project? I'm ready to take the risk of giving my whole project in the hands of someone, whom I don't even know for more than a month. Do you want to take the RISK of spending 2 weeks of your life with FULL DEDICATION... IF.... I have the skill what I'm proposing. If you feel I'm not WORTH ENOUGH for your 2 weeks time... you can DUMP my project. I won't mind.
