When a lengthy period of disobedience issues wouldn't resolve themselves, Mistress Taryn purchased a locking butt plug harness and keeps me permanently plugged. It was a bit of a shock to get used to at first, especially being limited to 2/3 comfort breaks per day.
This alone has been an extremely effective cure for my disobedience.

Once before, Mistress Taryn disciplined me in front of Her Domme/open-minded friends and has made me serve them as a slave waiter/cleaner for parties as well. This was a very humbling and effective punishment, in my opinion.
