One of my favorite 'found' BDSM items is slack hangers with the adjustable width metal clamps. They make great nipple clamps and the hanger hook allows for roping overhead or is very handy to hang a weight from, in a downward direction. Speaking of weights, they have variously sized weights in the fishing area of most larger 'big-box' stores. (Sprawl-Mart, K-Mart, Target, etc.)

Some things you may have around the house: ice cubes, q-tips, clothespins, a table fork, wooden spoons, an electric toothbrush, small paintbrushes.

A length of dowel rod & a couple of eye bolts makes a great spreader bar.

The hardware store is the best place to shop for toys. Hooks, snaps, swivels, reliable rope, etc. A couple of pieces of lumber, hasps, screws, and a little imagination (provided you have a few tools) can yield many rewards.

And whatever you do: invest in a pinwheel (Wartenburg wheel). They're normally under $20 and worth every penny!
