I think it's some tube you insert into your urethra to extract urine.

It's a very thin flexible tube with a needle that goes in your urethra and drains your bladder. It's usually an old person/disabled person thing if they can't pee on their own.

Its also used in emergency rooms to get a urine sample if the person is unable to go on their own. There are many uses for them.
