I've always been fortunate in this regard. I am friends mostly with people who are in the scene one way or another. My best friend is an owned pet, and I look forward to meeting his Mistress in July. I've got many friends who have experienced with it or are bedroom submissives (not public at all), and none of them batted an eye when I mentioned I was taking a submissive (except my best friend because he knew me for years as someone who was more of a voyeur, but that's another story).

Sometimes I wish I could be even a bit open about it like that. I don't know anyone besides Master who's even into the scene at all, and my family... well, the parents, to say the least, would probably go through the roof if they found out, so I don't get many chances to talk about it really.

I'm not open about it at all. Only my wife knows. I have no friends that are into it. This forum is the only place I have to talk about it besides with my wife. She won't admit it, but I can tell she gets annoyed when I talk about it too much. Haha
Having a friend or two to talk about it with would help a lot.

I dont talk about it with anyone either, some of my friends know they just never ask about it
