Yes, sorbet is frozen juice with sugar. Frozen yogurt is literally frozen yogurt, more or less.

Frozen custard is a Wisconsin thing that is slowly spreading elsewhere in the States. It's ice cream with egg added to it. It's produced at a slightly warmer temperature, so it's softer than ice cream. It has a marvelously rich mouth feel, wonderfully creamy and smooth. It's a bit like softserve ice cream (like Mr Whippee in England), but much richer in the mouth.
