I've found yoga helpful in warding off both. Along with the added advantage of becoming more supple i've found that i can hold strange positions for a lot longer. Since my Dom made it part of my daily routine i don't experience sub drop at all. My Dom also likes to watch me do naked yoga sometimes he says it saves him from having to examine for brusing because it displays every part of me for him Not sure how many of you will find this helpful but i figured it was worth mentioning as a possibility.
