Darned left nut

Ok, heres a problem. My left testicle is significantly smaller than my right. So much so that whenever we're trying to use the ball stretcher the left nut keeps trying to retract into my abdomen and gets stuck in the bondage gear, which is neither fun nor sexy. Any tips on a work-around? I'm assuming most people have 2 nuts of similar proportions, so this may be a fairly unique problem I'm having.

It's not as uncommon as you think, the body is rarely perfectly symmetrical.
Unfortunately, I don't really have any advice for you, other than a custom or somehow adjusting it to fit better. Perhaps another style would be better for you?

The best idea I have at the moment is to line it with some material (duct tape?), to accomodate the size difference.
